Most clients begin with the Opening Chapter Consultation, which gives us — and you — a clear picture of what the space needs. From there, the path forward becomes much easier to judge. If you already have a reasonable sense of your direction, we can discuss whether moving straight to the Design Manuscript is appropriate.
Our site work is focused within the Klang Valley. For spaces further afield in Peninsular Malaysia, we are happy to discuss a visit schedule that works practically for both sides. Please get in touch to talk through the specifics.
It depends on the scope. A consultation and design package together typically run 7–11 weeks. If Editorial Execution is included, the full project — design through final styling — generally spans 14–26 weeks. Construction timelines vary by contractor and site conditions, which we factor into our planning discussions.
Primarily residential — apartments, bungalows, linked houses, and condominiums across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. We also take on boutique commercial commissions: small offices, heritage shophouses, private studios, and similarly considered spaces where design quality matters to the owner.
The service fees listed cover design work, documentation, and project guidance only. Furniture, materials, contractor fees, and procurement costs are separate and vary significantly by project. We provide transparent budget frameworks during the design phase so there are no unexpected figures later.
The Design Manuscript includes two structured revision sessions, which we find is enough to reach a design direction you feel settled about. These are proper working sessions, not just minor adjustments. If significant scope changes arise beyond that, we discuss additional sessions openly and agree on any adjustment before proceeding.
